Who made these bullets ?

I have a box of 68gr. 6mm bullets that was given to me several years ago and finally tried them out . They shot really good in my 6PPC . Got to looking at the box and on the side was a faded address that appears to be Wilcox,Pa. Anyone have an Idea as to who this might have been and are they still making bullets ? I talked to Bill @ the Super Shoot and ask him if he was making bullets.. His reply was,,, just for myself.

At the Shamrock Bill had all his bullet making equipment up for sale. Don't know if he sold that. I think he may have changed his mind about quitting benchrest since he just bought a new $100K motorhome.
