Which Golden Eagle reticle? ECR-1 or SCR-1

I'm getting one of these scopes for my new rifle. I'm new to RFBR so would like your opinions. The SCR-1 is just fine crosshairs, .016 moa thick. The ECR-1 has .016 crosshairs with a .095 moa center dot. Which would serve me better? I'm in my late 30's and my corrected vision is very good if that matters.

I used the ECR-1 and loved it. I am mainly a smallbore f-class shooter, but I have been shooting ABRA bench.

FWIW, if you plan on doing much BR shooting the majority of guys probably use a fine X hair/small dot combo followed by a plain fine X hair.
