which barrel twist for 40/50 grain subsonic?

Hi all, do you guys know which barrel twist you normally would need to stabilise a subsonic 40/50 grain lead .22 bullet ? looking for max accuracy at out to 100 yards.

Are you going to shoot 40 grain or 50 grain?

Got no idea on 50gr. but I'd dare say 75% plus of the match ammo shot is 40gr subsonic shot in everything from 1-16" to 1-18". If you're planning on cold weather I'd stick to the 16 twist.
