Where to go ?

Seeing as I am disabled with over 12 different medical procedures including 5 surgeries to my lower back, I am searching for help.
I have actively been reading and researching into benchrest shooting for quite a bit now.
Started to put together a couple rifles and have been getting to the local ranges. But there are not many ranges in the WNY area over 100 yds. Where do I go for some 300 yd or more ranges ? Is there anyone in my area that can help me get going in the right direction in regards to competing and such ?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks
 
Build yourself a heavy varmint [ 13.5 lbs ] 6mm and the recoil won't be a problem. I have neck issues and can comiserate.
