Where to get parts to build wind flags

I am going to start building wind flags and cant find where to get parts like daisy wheels, Delrin, brass stock, stands and so on any help will be helpful.

daisy wheels you could probably find at a home center.

Delrin, brass stock you could probably find at a hobby shop, such as one that does RC airplanes, you might even find better spinners there from the electric airplanes.

Stands from a music shop.

Arrow Shafts can be purchased at Archery Shops.

Parts

McMaster Carr - You can get everything you need to build flags and stands except for the daisy wheels and coraplast for the vanes. Go to a sign shop for the coraplast and a refridgerator repair for the dasiy wheels.
