What book to learn precision rifle shooting?

I need to improve my rifle ability. Not talking shooting a mile, 100 to 200 yards. I have a Rem 700, blueprint action with Hart bull barrel, 6 Rem AI. I handload and all the bullets touch the land. IT has a Leupold scope. At 100 yards I shoot 1.25" group and I know its me and not the rifle. I can't keep the crosshairs on the bull, it tends to wander, and I am a bit rough on trigger pull.
Also need help with one sight garands.

Any good books you would recommend, or even videos.
 
Actually while that book has been pretty good, Mike Ratigan's book "Extreme Rifle Accuracy" which came out a year or so ago is much more detailed in every area.

I don't think I'm at the point I need to worry about reading the field conditions. Right now I am only shooting on calm summer days, no real wind. At 100 yards I should be able to keep all bullets into a dime, but like I said I have trouble maintaining the crosshairs without wandering and my trigger pull is rough. I'll check out both books. Thanks for the suggestions.
 
If you're shooting from a good bench, and you have a reasonable front rest and rear bag you should be able to set the rifle in the bags with the crosshairs on your aiming point, and the crosshairs shouldn't move while you're firing. Your trigger pull may be too heavy too, and may need work or a new trigger with a lighter pull, 1 lb or less.

Even a 5 mph wind blowing from your left then from your right while you're shooting a group can result in around an inch of bullet movement at 100 yd no matter what bullet you're using or velocity it's travelling. Consequently windflags should be used even when the conditions seem very mild. Today as I was walking out to put up targets today at 300 yards the wind was blowing from 100 to 200 yards, and from about 250 to 300 yards, and fairly calm from 100 to the firing line. The flags showed that the wind was blowing lightly but from right to left, left to right, firing line toward the targets, and targets toward the firing line.
