Weaver T24 vs. Sightron SIIB 6-24x42 D

Both have 1/8 inch clicks, fine cross hair with target dots. Both are made in Japan. Obviously the T24 is fixed power and costs less, but other than that, does the T24 have any advantages over the Sightron? (Sightron also make the SII 6-24x42 D with cheaper glass, that is cheaper than the T24, but cost is not an issue here).

A True comparison would be Sightron 24x vs T24, I have 36x in both very hard to tell apart. I do not use variables in competition, less headaches. Personally I lean to the Sightrons as I seem to have very good results with them.
