Weaver "T" series scopes

Old Sneaky here: I've got a chance to buy a
Weaver T-36 for a reasonable price and as I've never owned a Weaver scope I'd appreciate any commentary on the Pros/Cons about Weaver and/or their "T" series. THANX--SNEAKY
 
The Weaver T36

is a VERY good scope for the money. I have two. Also a Leupold 36X. I really can't tell much difference in them. I had a Sightron 36X that was definately not as optically clear as the others. It may however been an older model as I understand they are much better now. The competition series Leupold's are a different story all together. I think you can buy new Weaver T36's for a bit less than $400.
