Weaver T-25 help with crosshairs???

Wondering if someone could help me? I have an old Weaver T-25 ( made in El Paso) and was wondering if anyone out there could change the cross hairs to the really fine target cross hairs? Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Bill Ackerman in New Mexico can do it...
