I have an older 4x16 varmint scope and the reticle has broken. Where is the current place to send them in? I bought it new, have the box, but not a receipt. Will they repair it?

THE WEAVER FACILTY FOR OLD SCOPES closed about 5 years ago.
ironsight in tulsa does repairs and bought all the old stock when the weaver facilty closed( 30 yr service contract)
its about 75 bucks for a repair...
