Weaver or Pictinny rail for Panda?

Where would I find a rail or adapter to use Weaver or Pictinny type rings on a Kelby Panda? I've got a rifle coming that is said to have four "divots" on the top or the standard dovetail that were used with a MOA rail. Not sure if these "divots" are tapped holes, but I need to use Weaver style rings if possible. Thanks!
 
Kelbly's usually has them. I say usually has them because last time I wanted one they were out of them and I had to wait a short while for one. The Panda accessory rails are drilled for four setscrews that have a rounded end, maybe that is what the divots are on your action if a rail has been installed before. After installing a Kelbly rail my actions have divots on top of the original dovetail where the rounded setscrews have been tightened. They carry rails for picatinny or Kelbly rings and not sure what MOA variables are offered. I have 20 MOA so I know they have that option.
