Thanks for the Report Dan

As always, Dennis Thornbury and company did a great job putting on the match. Carolyn Libby and Marty Childers shot their rails very well in some tricky conditions. Don Nielson kicked butt with his HV at 200 in some difficult mirage. The only reason I was able to win at 100 on Saturday is because Libby's right ear was leaking a bright red substance and he got distracted with blood all over his shirt :eek: Otherwise, he would have won walking away.

Thanks to all for another fun weekend in Visalia.

Very sad to hear about George's passing - he will be missed.

The #1 in the picture is for Gary Ocock who made my rail shoot like it does > he is a masterfull machinist. Nice shooting to all. Carol really gave us a lesson at 100 yards on Sunday. Jeff shot great on Sat and Don Nielson has been on a roll. Love shooting next to Don he is done before I put one on the sighter! What fun. I took some pictures if I can figure out how to post them. A big thanks to Dennis Thornbury, the match ran as smooth as ever. Fantastic weather. One more thanks to Gary Sinclair for helping me learn to shoot.
On a sad note George Raymond was one of the good guys! He will be missed by many. And he loved to shoot.

Hey Jeff,

I ran into your brother last week. He said he misses you and the gang. He also relayed his "Congrats" on your shooting. He shared this beloved picture of you two from earlier times. He hopes to reunite with you soon. :D

Hey now Jan;

As you can see, my brother's handsome exterior is superior to mine. Accordingly, I've kept his existence a secret to avoid losing my wife to him - how could she resist ;)

I am sad to hear of George's passing. I was lucky enough to share a bench with George in my very first registered match. George took care of me that weekend and I we had a number of very good conversations in the few years since. He will definitely be remembered and missed. Ryan
