Visalia Invitational 5 shot UL shoot:
We embarked on the first day of the annual Visalia Invitation 5 shot UL shoot which usually is in October, but due to the upcoming NBRSA in AZ about the same time Dennis Thornbury held the shoot this weekend on Saturday and Sunday with Monday being an extra day to just shoot because we like to shoot the UL gun.
We started knowing that the heat and humidity was going to be a test for us. So after everyone for the first relay was set up and ready to go, I got on the range masters mike and announced to everyone OK now stand and move one bench to your right and shoot your neighbors gun. (Just kidding).

I have to say this, Carolyn Libby has not shoot at Visalia for over a year and her last shoot was the Super Shoot. But this did not keep her from doing what she usually does, as she shot a .1812 for 9th place at 100yd and I shot .1972, she has not lost her touch. But did I mention that she was shooting my rail gun on the second relay, so she beat me with my own gun.

Lou Murdica .1590 Lou had his 3 year old granddaughter helping him load up for the shoot. This was after she helped Lou move flags from 100 to 200, but He did not see her grabbing other shooters flags that looked like his and walking around with them after they were set. We all have been wondering how Lou has been doing all this great shooting this year, I now know the secret, let the grandkid load for you, I know for a fact that after dropping several cases on the ground, stepping on some of them, then put some primers in upside down and then put more powder in a case than possible and seating a mixture of bullets, LOU YOUR secret is out.
