I just ran across this "Joke" tunah on my first benchrest rifle, a Winchester 52D. This would have been about 20 years ago. I've since retired from the sport, but started and ran matches for about the first 15 years at Capitol City R&P, Augusta, ME. The piece actually had some lead in it and it worked to some extent.
