Has anyone used 133 with 75 or 80 grain bullets in a 22-250??

I would think 133 would be too fast for that cartridge and bullet

Vit 140 or maybe 135 would be a much better choice. Vit 140 and the 22-250 go together like cold hands and mittens!

slower powder

i have tried n140 with heavy bullets (69 & 75) in 22br i found that it was still to fast ,

i now use n150 get same volocity's at low pressure :)
 
I used to use RL-15 in a .22-250 with 50-53 gr bullets. N140 is about the same so I'd expect something quite a bit slower would work best with heavier bullets. My only experience was with 70 gr Speer's many many years ago and they required something on the order of 4350 or 4831.
