VFS Nationals Las Vegas
I have to give a big thanks to Keith Myers who ran extremely well done Nationals, especially for his first time doing this format. He has put in a lot of time and money into making this a first class shoot. So please put this shoot on your schedule for next years Nationals.
Everyone that I know of that attended the shoot had a good time, maybe one but I sat on him till he gave up.
The weather was great especially this time of the year for Las Vegas; it was in the 60’s when we started the first match and was at around the 80’s mid day. The shooters that did not come missed out on some decent conditions a little tricky but some came through. First place was Sue Blazzard one of only two that shot a 500 and third place was Sandy? with I believe a 499 so the top shooters were the only two girls that shot except the one guy that had the only other 500 that came in second. Sorry I do not have the list of how the standings were but I am sure it will get posted soon.
I want to thank the Venders that were so generous in giving their product for prizes for the shooters and we as shooter should show our support in helping them sell their products.
Kelbly’s Shilen Barrels
Sinclair International Keriger Barrels
Berger Bullets PMA Tools
Bibb’s Bullets Bruno Supply
Lapua Bullets & Brass Butch Lambert
Dave Halblom
Sorry if I missed anyone this was from memory and it gets short fused at times.
