Varmint Al,

Do you have any graphs that show when a .22lr round reaches its max velocity in a barrel?

We have heard most of the powder is consumed in 16 inches, but is there a graph or something that can give "bullet in barrel" times for a nominal velocity of 1050fps? This is based on a standard match barrel, 1-16" twist.

I need to find the basic time differences between different barrel lengths.

Anyone else?
 
This is only approximate.

The chamber pressure data is not very accurate in late times when the bullet nears the muzzle. The pressure behind the bullet at late times has to be lower than that at the chamber and I don't have that information to work with. Therefore this is only an approximation.
