The VA state match is this weekend 10-7-8-2016. Hurricane is suppose to miss this area so come on out and shoot, should be fun!Details on IBS site.

It was a good match, really tough conditions. It rained on the 100 with light conditions for the most part but with wet heavy flags it was very difficult to get a good read on the conditions, you could miss an x and have no idea why. At 200 the conditions were BAD!, The wind was gusting and switching in the blink of an eye and points were falling with regularity, half the field dropped points on match 1 and by match 2 everyone was down a point, so brutal would be a good description. My favorite quote of the weekend was Sunday when KC told Wayne that the next time they are having a hurricane how about we just don't come!

Thanks to everyone that came to shoot and a special thanks to the people that worked the match, it couldn't happen without both and it is appreciated It was good to see old friends and to meet some new folks and even as crappy as the conditions were I think everyone had fun. Congrats to all that won and to all that shot well!
