Utica Torque limiting screw driver

Do you guys torque your scope ring screws and how much or do you just go by feel? I picked up one of these used on Ebay. Don't ask how much I payed because I'm embarassed but it works pretty slick. You can set the exact in lbs of torque you want.

I use a 1960's vintage beam style torque wrench.

No moving parts, no dials to adjust, and it doesn't go out of calibration.
