Using Berger 155 VLD

I am new to F-Class and went to the range last Sunday to try out my 'New" old (1962) rifle in 7.5x55 Swiss. Prior to going to the range I found a load the shot well at 300 meters using 155gr Berger VLD bullets. It seems that these bullets in my rifle like a lot of jump. About 0.017". After shooting at 1000 yards in a 5 to 7.5 minute wind I was well please with their performance. The guy pulling the target said I had about 4" of vertical.

Moral of this story.................Eric don't stop making these bullets. Also what is the reasoning behind the new 155.5gr Berger Bullets?
