USARB Rule Changes

Two rule changes have been made to the USARB rules.https://www.usairriflebenchrest.com/rules/. Bullet point #5 under USA Open has been revised to allow electrically actuated or powered components, or computer processors and applications. Please review that bullet point for specifics. Also, a new class has been added, USA Sportsmen's Class. This class is similar to the old Production class that was eliminated a few years ago.
