2nd Amendment

Technically, the 2nd Amendment does not give the right, but guarantees it. It, along with the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness (as T. J. so eloquently put it) are assumed to pre-exist the Constitution. If one has the right to life and liberty one has the right to defend them. Repealing the second Amendment cannot remove the right to keep and bear arms.
 
That poll is left behind internet debris from Jan. 2008. Someone emails it to me about every 4 months.

Thank you thank you thank you...you would not believe how many gun people (the majority) who do not know or realize this. Even the liberals that created the poll didn't understand or they would not have mis-worded the question (which by the way would have to be answered NO to be correct). If we could only make our politicians understand maybe we could put the issue behind us for good.

TJ and friends viewed some things as "God given rights" as free men and those rights cannot be removed by man!
