The IBS rule book (version 12) has been updated through the 2009 annual meeting. Of course, this text incorporates all the rule changes made since v.11 which was completed some three or four years ago. A .pdf is posted on the IBS web site with a link right at the top of the home page: http://internationalbenchrest.com/. Please note that the Appendix showing barrel dimensions is not there - yet.
With this revision, we attempted to clean up the text and make it easier to navigate. Nevertheless, it is likely not perfect. If any IBS member spots errors or gaffs, please let me know so that I can make the appropriate corrections.
