First, I'm not on Iosso's payroll, I just use it. That said, Today I was trying to clean
up a set of Kelbly rings. Soaked in Brake cleaner and MEK. That failing, I used a old
toothbrush and Iosso. Worked great, never shined them at all, just removed the
stuff that discolors the bead blasted finish. Considering the tough aluminum is still not
what barrels are made of, it appears harmless. Taking this a step farther, I tried it on
some old dirty areas on my stock paint. A pleasant shine appeared and no scratches.
My borescope tells no lies.
