Can anyone tell me how to make adjustments on the subject scope. The knurled knobs on the inside of the mount won't move with finger pressure which leads me to believe the hex shaped protrusions may be caps for adjustment access. However, they don't seem to want to move and I'm afraid to force anything for fear of damage. I sure would appreciate some help.

I believe you will find that the hex nuts are a lock nut. The knurled nut inside of the yoke use click adjustments just like the target mounts. Like the target mounts the click value is determined by the distance between the bases.

Also I thought you might find this of some value. 12.6"=1/7 min./10.8"=1/6 min./9.0"=1/5 min./ 7.2"=1/4min./ 5.4"= 1/3 min. This applies to all of the Unertl externally adjustable scopes.
