Unertl Programmer

I have a Programmer with Fine crosshairs. As my eyes are having a hard time with this crosshair, I was wondering if there is anyone who specializes in Unertls, etc., who could install at least a medium crosshair. Appreciate any help on this subject.

There's a guy advertises on Ebay who says he can redo them for, if I remember correctly, $75.

But hey, if it's so much of a problem, post it over to me & I'll give you a Bushnell Banner with nice thick crosshairs in return. :D

Wally Siebert or Bill Ackerman of optical services can install a new X hair. Search on both in archives for info.
 
I've had Bill Ackerman work on a number of scopes for me, including a Unertl BV-20. very pleased with his work. His company is Optical Services Co.

Unertl

Unertl is back in business. They are located in Las Vegas Nevada. I had them restore a programmer of mine a short time ago and they did an excellent job at a resonable price. I don't have their phone # handy as I'm at work but you can probably google search it.

Thanks to each of you for taking the time to reply to my inquiry. One of those named should certainly do the job well.

I was unhappy that I had to turn down the offer of the Bushnell but I measured the distance between the Unertl scope bases and the Bushnell came up short. Now if you will just throw in a scope stretcher, we might be able to make a deal.
