Hello again friends, just some updates all in one post instead of a few posts.
The gate will be open all day Wednesday. The range will be open to the club members until 6pm that evening, but you should still be able to practice. Norman Jones (aka Papaw) will be at the range on Wednesday to make sure everything goes smoothly and to help with camper parking. There are a few range rules when the range is open to members, but Papaw will be there to assist.
The physical address for the range is:
Unaka Rod and Gun Club
90 Furnace Rd.
Johnson City, TN 37601
Also, for those with motorhomes, just remember this, SWING WIDE when coming around the bend and into the range.
And it looks like that lunch is a lock for both Saturday and Sunday. It will be provided by the courtesy and generosity of Widener's Reloading and Shooting Supply.
If you need a motel, I was able to find one a little farther away from the range than the Traveler's Inn BUT it does have a golf course.
