There will be an Ultimate Benchrest Match on Saturday May 2nd at Dry Branch Rifle Range in Dixon Springs TN. If you haven't been here before, we are located about 6 miles south of Lafayette TN just off Hwy 10 on Dry Branch Rd. The address for the range is 175 Dry Branch Rd, Dixon Springs TN 37057. This will be a 100/200 meter agg and will begin at 9:00 AM. Normally we include lunch with your entry fee, but due to concerns about folks gathering to share a meal, we will not be serving lunch so you will need to make your own arrangements. Water and some soft drinks will be provided. The benches on our range are set on 6' centers, so unless you are a lefty next to a righty or vice-versa you will already be 6' from your nearest competitor. If you need special spacing we can make that available. We will be disinfecting all bench tops prior to your arrival. If you wish to wear face masks that will be your choice. It is not required. For any who may have legal concerns, our range is private and we have not been shut down at all. The state of TN is lifting most restrictions beginning the first of May and many restrictions will be lifted next week. Match fees will be $25 for one rifle and $45 for two. It will be much appreciated if you would contact me by email, text, phone or PM if you plan to shoot with us. Motels are available in Lafayette, Hartsville & Gallatin TN if you choose to stay overnight. If you need information about any of these get in touch with me and I'll see if I can help. The gate to the range will be opened by 6:30 on Saturday morning.

That would be quite a drive Dan, doubt I'd tackle it either. We do have several coming from some distance though, just not as far as you. One from WI and three from NC, probably two from VA. Turnout won't be a high as some last season, but more than double the April match. We will be here on the 1st Saturday thru November so if you get a chance come up and join us. Hope to see you at the Nationals in September too.
