I can tell you this, if the rifle has been bedded and stocked then you are screwed. Opening the other side will effect the bedding. Aside of that, opening both sides effects the integrity of the action. It's not impossible to shoot well with that configuration, as wb9uze said Mike Drake won about everything in our parts with it. But it became absolutley critical that he had his torques on his action screws exactly correct every match. Otherwise I'm like you (in a mirror image)....I have a LPRB and shoot left handed and load ammo blind. Has it affected me? Yes! How much? Enough to tell you that I asked the same question right away to the gunsmith that barreled the action and he told me to plan on re-bedding the action and having to deal with loss of integrity. That was two and a half years ago and I just load blind. I don't do it well when it's cold or when I'm racing to keep shooting in a condition that I like. But be aware of the implications of opening both sides of the action. Just my 2cents.
