Can anyone identify and offer information on this tuner? It came on a 40x that recently appeared in the safe. Photo should be attached.

The end attached to the barrel looks like a Harrell, but the adjustable part appears to be modified.

Tom,

To me it looks like a polished Harrell with one Harrell weight and a bloop tube.
