Trigger on a Colt Trooper V

I have recently acquired a Colt Trooper V in 357. It is a very nice gun, but the trigger with single action is very stiff.

Is it possible for a gunsmith to lighten up that trigger somewhat?

The trigger is nice and crisp, but a bit on the stiff side.
