Trigger cleaning?

To start off with I have a Jewel trigger on a Bat SV action that is pillar bedded. The action is new and very tight so I have to lube it very often. That being said, some of the lube gets in the trigger.
What I need to know is how can I get the bolt grease out of the trigger?
Every thing I have read is that a Jewel trigger works better if it is bone dry?
Thing is will Birchwood Casey Gun Scrubber hurt the finish on my stock?
The stock is absolutely gorgeous and I realy don't want to take the barrel/action out of the stock!
So will the Gun Scrubber hurt the finish of my stock if I use it to clean the trigger?

Clean upside down/spray into trigger mechanism?

The bat has a trigger hanger. Turn the gun upside down, remove the trigger guard, then remove the two hanger screws and pull the trigger out. Then clean the trigger with lighter fluid only. Put nothing else on or in the trigger or you'll have problems.

I used to carry a can of cigarette lighter propane to blow the crud & grease out of my triggers without the need to disassemble. Not the most elegant, but good enough for emergencies.
