541 Trigger
I'm not sure that a 2 oz. trigger is made for the 541. If I'm wrong, somebody correct me and help me out.
Several years ago, there was an article in Rifle Magazine or Handloader....both by Wolfe Publishing in Az. which showed how to modify a Rem trigger by adding a sear engagment screw and changing the spring. I got mine down to 5 and 1/2 oz. and clean breaking. Maybe you can Google Wolfe or Rifle and talk to them about a back issue or reprint. They do have a technical staff and maybe can refer you to the right person to talk to. They are great magazines and I recommend them highly.
There is a gunsmith....Brian Voelker who is a whiz on the 541 rifles. He may be the one to talk to. Google him or he may even advertise on here.
