I been reading up on the Hydro dipping aka transfer printing for rifle stocks. Pretty neat idea but I have a few questions for those of you in the know or actually have a stock that's been done. I see that they spray a coating over the stock/print after dipping. Does this hold up against gun solvent spills? Do they do the prep work on the stock to get it ready for the print transfer? Does it need to be primered and sanded before it goes to them?
Thanks
