Has anyone used a tooley mbr 1000 stock in a papas rest? wanted to know if the forend was too long,thanks ,Bob.

Not sure james, I didnt want the grip to be barley ahead of the rear rest for fear of tracking problems,I could call for dimentions but i thought some one might have tried this already,I do know they have longer forends.

problem if the forend is a bit long? Could you not just extend the forend stop,to allow an extra long forend stock to work? I use one of James rests and love it but i did fit one of Joe Cowan's forend stops to it,which by the way is great. On other rests i have just used a longer bolt in place of the standard forend stop.
