On July 16 we will be holding our Tn. State match. Due to having yards and meters the same day we will be starting the match at 8:am. Gate will be open at 6:30.
Fees will be $25.00 to shoot 3-gun yards and $25.00 for 3-gun meters. I would appreaciate if you plan on coming to let me know so I can get a head count for the food.

For our first Tn. State match we had a total of 36 shooters. I think we had a great time, and I would like to thank everyone who came. Good food, good friends and some great shooting what more could you ask for.
Thanks to all who helped out, with everyone pitching in we were able to finish up by around 5. Not to shabby for shooting yards and meters in the same day. The scoring was great, several protest on targets- very few changed. The refrees did a great as did the scorers and that enabled us to move along at a good pace. Thanks to all who helped us run targets. Wallace --what can I say without you doing the computer work I would be a lost ball in tall grass. Thanks also goes out to David Cook for helping us get the targets stands put together and getting the range set up. Last but not least, Bill, thanks for having my back and all you do. I know it's not going to be a easy chore but our aim is to make each match better than the last.

Congrats to all of the winners. Lots of very good scores were shot! Jim, I'm glad you guys had such a fine turnout, and a successful match. I'd planned on coming for a month, and things just didn't work out to where I could make it. I really hated to miss the Tenn. State match.
 
It was a great day of shooting. Good to be with old friends and having a good time. Thanks to all that came out and shot with us. Thanks to Jim for putting on this shoot and all the others who helped . Congratulations to the winners. A special thanks to Unaka Rod & Gun Club for letting us use their facility. Had a great time.

JIM, Bill, Wallace and everyone else resopnsible, it was a great day and some great competetion.Good food good scoring and great fellowship I dont think I have ever had a better time anywhere.Got home safe and sound once more, will see you guys next time thanks for the memories.
