"TM" Stock & Stock Painting

Good afternoon all,

I was going through the equipment list of the ARA Nationals looking at the different stocks and I came across a few who used a stock called/ by "TM". What is this stock? Who makes it? Anyone have a good picture of one?

Also, on a different note. If one was to have a stock painted, what would be the best stock to use? McMillian? Shehane? Kelbly? Etc....

Tom Meredith. Any stock can be finnished with proper prep and paint.

I've known Tom for years. Great guy. Lives in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He was taught by Fred Sinclair and worked for Fred for several years. The TM stock is a modified hall pattern. It is currently only made by Kelbly's for Tom. McMillian used to make it also but it wasn't as stiff and nice as the Kelbly version. You can see a pic on Kelbly's web site.
