This rifle was originally set up for 18 fpe, but has been shot sub 12 fpe without being really properly tuned for LV.
Fitted a 60 cm FWB sleeved barrel with 1:17.7" twist whilst some machining is being done on the original LW barrel.
First impressions from a few hundred shots are that it is a gilt edge barrel shooting 8.4, 7.9 and 7.3 gr Exacts, 2011 Express may be the choice. Looks the part too.
I have reconditioned and re-calibrated the regulator down to 83 bar; transfer port is 2.5 mm, say 0.098"; 11.4 fpe and very tight velocity spread from 190 bar down. The barrel required a brass sleeve to make it fit the action.
