Tipton Gun Vice

Does the Tipton Gun Vise, either model as listed at Midway, work well with the 3" forend BR stock? I've just gotten into BR shooting and need to get a vise for general work. Also, any suggestions as to a good torque wrench for mounting scopes, stock screws etc... without breaking the bank.

I have the Tipton Best Gun Vise and the padded portion on the front rest measures 3 1/4" across. As for a torque screwdriver I like Wiha.

barm1 - Thanks for the info. I'll probably get one of the Tipton's and try it out. The torque wrench looks promising too for it's compact size.
