Time saving tools and gizmos?

Al Nyhus

"It'll never work!"
Wilbur's comments about his 'nek-nocker' got me thinking.

Everyone has little gizmos on their bench or in their shop that saves time or makes things just a bit easier...might be fun to see what others have come up with. If anyone would like to post pictures but isn't sure how to do it, email me and I can walk you through it or post 'em for you. So, here's a start:

Bullet making can be a bit tedious. For anyone making their own, a set of bullet boards might be something to consider if you don't already have some. I just got these George Ulrich made .30 cal. ones and they've been a real time saver. Now if some 18 yr. old massage therapy student named Bambi wants to make cores, I'll pretty much have it made.....;)

So that is a bullet board.
I only made the bottom part. Or bottom tray.
So is this supposed to work like a primer tray. Just shake side to side and the cores fall into the jackets....?????

Notice the plexiglass divider between the 2 trays, you line the core tray above the jacket tray and just pull the divider out from between them. Cores fall right in...

Just as a note of interest, Walter Carraway from Louisiana invented the bullet blocks and introduced them for sale at the Super Shoot in what year? Anyone know?
