Can you (or anyone else who knows) clarify the course of fire please?

Specifically, what are the 3 targets at 600 and 1000 yards? Are they group or score targets, and how many shots each? Are they pulled and marked at all? I assume 1 shot at each of the 10 steel targets- hit or miss. How big are the steel targets?

Do you have to shoot from a bench, or is F-class and prone allowed?
