"It'll never work!"
Yesterday's trip to Stan Ware's SGR Custom Rifles shop was a good one.... as always. Making the trip home with me were these three:

Top: A new build for a pal that's entering the VfS wars this year....a left-handed :eek: Panda in 30BR with a Rock HV. I'm going to pillar bed it in the Bruno/McMillan pattern HV stock (above). Stan did his slick dovetailed recoil lug conversion on it (call it a Pand-iak :)). The owner is a good friend and we generally excuse him for being wrong handed. ;)

Middle: My own Pand-iak, again with Stan's recoil lug setup...this one with the bolt handle on the appropriate side. :) Rock barrel chambered for the 30BRX.

Bottom: My Kodiak with a new Kreiger chambered in 30BR. This gun will serve double duty..as a 30BR for the IBS V.H. class and with a 30 WareWolf barrel (Lilja) for NBRSA HBR class.

BRX? Oh no!!!! You telling me there is going to be two of those on the line at Webster City? Looks like Santa came early/late depending on how you look at it. Speaking of Santa.......check your mail box Wed.
Better get to the range and get some load development done.

Very nice!! I have always wanted a Panda action. I have my 30BR sitting in the exact stock you have pictured above, except were your is red mine is blue. Nice stocks!! Lee
