The state's rights issue again

It seems many States are fed up with the Federal Government taking over rights in violation of the 10 amendment. This is very interesting.

Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer recently signed into law a bill authorizing the state's gun manufacturers to produce "Made in Montana" firearms, without seeking licensing from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Similar laws are being considered in Utah, Alaska, Texas and Tennessee.

The Montana law is expected to end up in the courts, where states' rights activists hope judges will uphold their constitutional right to regulate firearms.

The Fed's will never let this happen. It would be to much of a blow to the objective of their rush to world fascism. It does not really matter who is in control of the legislature or the exsective or the thinking of the Judicial. Both sides have been after this same goal for over a century.

This is why Kantian philosophy and the triangular methods works so well. Three points to a triangle, and only two solutions offered.

It's a nice idea, and makes me feel proud of being a Montanan but it's sort of like slapping the elephant in the turnip patch on the butt with a fly swatter IMHO. :(

May I add, that fly swatter covered in lamb skin?

Which state or states decide to succeed from the union first? The "10th Amendment Movement" is growing stronger!
