The Rock was in rare form today, Nasty is the kind version, there were hard blows and fast switches that would take you to the 9 ring or beyond in a heartbeat. The rock has let us by with pretty good conditions for awhile but she came back with a vengence today. We had 10 shooters in VFS with Cuz'n Roy taking the win w 248-10x's, Butch Mays was 2nd w 247-9x's and Dennis Brame came in 3rd w 247-5x. We had 2 shooters in Modified class James Davis took the win w 238-2x and Lawrence Benard was 2nd w 205-0x We had 2 shooters in Factory also with Eric Lawson taking the win w 235-1x and his fiance Tonia Tate was giving him a run for his money until her scope died and she had to quit, she shot well in some terrible conditions for her first match, she definately was thrown in the deep end of the pool with 200 yds and conditions as bad as I've seen in awhile. Thanks to Philip Curtis for all of his hard work to make the match a success the range was in great shape and Philip is carrying most of the weight for these matches and it is appreciated, thanks to Roy, Eric and James and all the rest that help out to make these matches possible.
