The Duke of Earl

On reading the Target Shooter this month about the Duke of Earl i have a couple of questions.

the Turbo Action that was made by Flash Albert, was this a one off or can you purchase this action and what sort of money are you talking about?

With the Shilen barrel was it setup so that you can twist the barrel in the action to find the best point of fire?

with the jewell trigger can you explain what does the jewell actually does and what effect it has on the performance.

and the last question is what kind of rea bag was used as this does not look like the normal sand bag used in most competitons.

being named Earl, i've never agreed with the name......Earl... is not a proper

Flash Ebert makes the action and it is available to purchase..price just went up a little something north of $1000 US.
The action is threaded so if you want to index the barrel, you will need to time it with the shoulder and headspace.
Jewell is a family name and does not mean that the trigger is jewelled. It is an after market trigger that costs about $160 US.
As for the bags, I don't do bags....8>)
