We, Shadetree Engineering, have donated prizes to various shoots over the last 9 years. This is the first time that the shoot sent us thank you notes and a DVD of the shoot. They also sent a thank you note from the recipient.

Butch, I was impressed with the way Berger ran the whole match including the drawing. Your ticket was drawn, you picked your prize, walked over and had your photo taken with your prize and then wrote a thank you card to the person or organization who donated the prize. What better way of making sure that you have donors in the future. Nothing better than the donor knowing that their donation is appreciated.
