testing the latest Eley shipment, Calfee

My friends:

Just got some test lots from Bob Collins, from the latest Eley shipment..

I tested them in SPEC 7, (sold).......I thought I'd see if any of the new stuff was good in SPEC 7.......

Anyway, I double-blind tested the new lots against 1324, which has shot a 2500 and turned in some big scores, both in ARA and IR-50......Sandee Hurley, this years IR, Nationals, 2 gun, and, DJ at the World games....

Anyway, I tested three lots from the one machine and two lots from the 5 machine....double blind.......

MAN! I mean MAN!

I talked to Donna Brown yesterday....after that great tournament in Missouri.....she told me some of the folks there, had already tested the new Eley and didn't think it was too good.......I can understand this..... each gun is different.......if it don't work in your gun, it don't work......

For the new owner of SPEC 7.....of the five lots of the new Eley I double blind tested, against the awesome 1324, three of the new lots covered it.....

Hi Bill, Sent you a fax late in Sept. not sure if you received it ? Merlin (SPEC #4) is shooting very well ( at least as good as I can shoot) with a lot of different lots of eley. I shot red box pistol, eps red and black all with good results. In the club championship IBS group shoot I agg. .165, and the IBS rimfire 50 yards ( green target ) 250 19X, In ARA 2300. I had a very good day, for me. THANK YOU.
