Takes the required 1 MOA penalty on each target, for not shooting. What's interesting is (s)he is not in last place, at least, at LV-200...
 
Probably something to do with their Aussie With Disabilities Act related to our ADA, to let blind shooters compete on an even playing field.:cool: Wonder if the gender is male, female, or other????Maybe they do not have John or Jane Doe over there??

Right. The real point is that the penalty should be more than 1 MOA. At 1,000 yards, that would be a 10-inch group -- which could win if the winds were up...
