Yes,in my experience there is a change in the poi. Cold ammo ( below freezing) shoots at a reduced velocity, air density is greater also. Therefore my poi will be lower than in shirt sleeve weather. just as leaving your gun and ammo sitting in the sun or a over heated vehicle will cause a shift if there is enough time lag.
