The Team USA qualifying committee has decided that no shooter will be turned away from shooting in a qualifying match, regardless of rifle.

All scores will be compiled and posted, unless otherwise requested. All scores will be considered for qualification onto Team USA. All rifles will be categorized in the appropriate Rifle Class according to the WRABF rulebook.

All shooters should be aware that only the LV and HV Class B Rifle Classes will be contested at the 2011 Air Rifle Benchrest World Championships in South Carolina.

All other qualifying requirements apply. We will update this notice as necessary and it will be available at usairriflebenchrest.com.

Will LV and HV be shot at the same time, or will there be a possibility to qualify and shoot both classes?

You can shoot in any or all 4 rifle classes and qualify in any class during the qualification period. The match directors will determine the when and how details for qualifying matches. No shooter should be turned away, so, even if LV and HV are shot during the same relay, there should be multiple relays to accommodate those that wish to qualify in both.

Those who do qualify in multiple rifle classes and wish to travel/compete at the World Championships must choose either LV or HV Class B.

I think the Existing match rules limit a contestant to compete in one class (for that match, meaning the airgun match). This seems correct to me, as it allows for more contestants.
